Mm71's Terms and Conditions – Please read before use

Mm71 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online gaming and betting platform operated through the mm71.app domain. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mm71.

These Terms apply to all users — whether registered members or visitors browsing the site. By using the mm71 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted all of the terms set out below.

The English version of these Terms is provided for your convenience. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. mm71 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will be published before taking effect.

To create an account on mm71, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information will result in account termination, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

What you need to register an account:

• Valid name and date of birth
• Active mobile number or email address
• Strong password (minimum 8 characters)
• Government-issued ID for age verification (if required)

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact mm71 Support immediately.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use mm71:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Online gaming must be legal in the country where you are located
• Registration must be completed under your real name and identity
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions
• Using another person's funds or identity is not permitted

Mm71 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at any time without providing a reason.

Mm71 supports transactions via mobile banking, bank transfer, and other digital payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka)
• Deposits are generally credited within 5 to 15 minutes
• Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours
• Withdrawals may be on hold if KYC verification is not completed
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected

General Terms & Conditions for Bonuses:

• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only
• Bonus abuse (e.g., through multiple accounts) is a punishable offence
• Mm71 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Mm71's decision is final in all bonus-related disputes

Mm71 ensures a completely fair gaming environment. All our games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to guarantee unbiased outcomes.

• Manipulating game outcomes is entirely impossible and strictly prohibited
• Exploiting software or technical glitches is strictly prohibited
• Misconduct or harassment toward other players is prohibited
• Collusion is strictly prohibited
• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards dealers in live games is not permitted

If a technical error renders the outcome of any game round uncertain, mm71 reserves the right to refund the bets placed for that round. In such situations, mm71's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm71 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or another person's identification documents
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds
• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other players or staff
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malware onto the platform
• Chargebacks or payment fraud

You may request to close your mm71 account at any time. The account closure process will be completed within 72 hours of your request.

Self-Exclusion Options:

• Temporary Break: From 24 hours up to 30 days
• Short-Term Exclusion: From 1 month up to 6 months
• Long-term exclusion: From 6 months up to 5 years
• Permanent Exclusion: Indefinitely

Attempting to create a new account while a self-exclusion is active is prohibited. mm71 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion.

Services on the mm71 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, temporary disruptions due to technical issues may occur.

• Mm71 will not be held liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues
• Mm71 is not liable for failures on the part of third-party payment providers
• Mm71's liability is limited in the event of unexpected technical errors
• Mm71 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's own error

Mm71 is committed to delivering the highest quality service; however, service interruptions may occur in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Mm71 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms & Conditions have been published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

All disputes or disagreements will be resolved through arbitration. Any claim against mm71 must be submitted within 12 months of the registration date, failing which it will be considered void.
